The biggest crowd ever during LG Winter Jam, over 20 000 people, got to see advanced tricks with a cleaner style and more spinns then the year before. The snowboard riders and skiers gave the audience an amazing show. At the Peak Performance King of Style PK Hunder, Norway, was crowned winner with Jon Olsson, Sweden in second place and Phil Cassabon, Canada in third. The Norwegian 19-year old PK Hunder did some crazy tricks, and practically killed the landing each time. According to the audience he was superior with his double cork 1260. Jon Olsson showed his home crowd that he’s still in the game, with a double rodeo fakie. He seemed pleased, especially since he crashed at last years Winter Jam. Phil Cassabon, Canada, did a good job and got to stand on the podium at third place. The winner of the snowboard world cup, Janne Korpi, who last year had to settle for second place in Stockholm, went for a front side 900 and a cab 900 that he got working perfectly. With only one jump left the Swede, Chris Sörman was in the lead but Janne Korpi showed his routine, stomped the landing and ended up as the winner this year. Seppe Smits, Belgium, landed the third place.
